Correction: Separate raw foods of animal origin during storage, preparation, holding, and display from raw RTE food including foods such as fish for sushi or molluscan shellfish, or other raw RTE food such as vegetables, and cooked RTE food.

Observation: Produce walk-in and prep unit in grill/wok area appears to be cold hold food improperly. Food must cold cold at 41 degrees or less.
Correction: Observe the refrigeration units for proper temperatures and adjust or repair as needed.

Observation: Light bulb in back kitchen not shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant.
Correction: Shield or replace light bulb with a coated or shatter-resistant bulb.
