Observation: Observed the ice machine in the north commons has mold build-up on the inside.
Correction: Empty out and clean/sanitize the ice machine.

Observation: When timed, the automatic shut off faucet at the handwashing sink located on the line in the South Commons did not provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucet.
Correction: Adjust or replace the faucet to provide water tempered to at least 100°F and for at least 15 seconds to allow more effective handwashing and removal of fatty soils encountered in kitchens.

Observation: Spray nozzle at the prep sink in north commons has a leak.
Correction: Have leak repaired.

Observation: Observed light shields broken and missing in the dry storage (South Commons). Also the light fixture in the walk-in freezer is falling off the ceiling.
Correction: Replace light shields and have the light shield in the walk-in cooler fixed.
