Maintenance was called and temperatures were back up to sustantial compliance at end of inspection. Items suggested for correction from previous risk factor inspection have been corrected. Lunch menu: Chicken Patty Sandwich, Dragon Chicken, Pork BBQ, Baked Beans, Salad, Broccoli WCB - 200 ppm quaternary ammonium 3-compartment sink - 200 ppm quaternary ammonium Recommend creating a dented can area. Discussed proper hair restraints. Back door is not tight fitting. Recommend installing door sweep. Handsink in employee restroom is not sealed to adjoining wall. PIC stated work orders for door sweep and handsink have already been placed. Wall in walk in cooler (WIC) is rusted and needs to be replaces. Floor in WIC needs to be resurfaced. Person in charge (PIC) stated this will be completed at the end of the school year. In general, facility is clean and well maintained. Observed good handwashing, glove usage, and use of thermometers.
