Operator is knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Facilities are clean, spacious, well-organized, with good lighting and adequate stock. Abundant refrigeration for storage, all functioning properly. Staff appear to work well together and are efficient and well-trained. There were no deficiencies noted at inspection. Operator is reminded that the new state regulation requiring ServSafe mgr or equivalent will go into effect this year. Please make arrangements to have more staff take the required training so that when the kitchen is operating, you will always have someone present who has the required certificate. It is noted that this facility does not do any pre-cooking and cooling, with even raw produce having already been chilled before being cut. No need for a cooling record. HACCP record review: HACCP plan (will check with Matthew and verify there is a signature page someone for each facility). Also reviewed: cooler logs, freezer logs, receiving, cook log, theromometer calibration log. All records are properly maintained in real time, and reviewed by the HACCP trained employee. A full school facility inspection was also conducted at this time. School facility inspection results: * It was noted that the boys and girls bathrooms have problems with the handsinks, where push-hand style faucets do not provide flow for long enough to wash hands. Re-pressing the button will re-soil the child's hands, preventing proper handwashing. Reset the faucets to provide 20 seconds of continuous water flow from each side (hot and cold) and each faucet, or replace the push-handles with standard faucet handles. *one urinal was found to be non-operational and will need to be repaired.
