    Observation: Creme-filled pastries in the display case are cold holding at improper temperatures.
    Correction: TCS pastries were discarded. PIC states that they will start keeping creme pastries in another refrigerator.

    Observation: Display refrigerator is not maintaining time/temperature control for safety foods (TCS) at 41 degrees F or below.
    Correction: Discussed having the unit repaired or discontinuing using the unit to store TCS foods.

    Observation: Observed mold and scum on the sides of the 3 compartment sink.
    Correction: Clean.
