It was noted during this inspection that the current batch of shelled raw eggs are not pasteurized. As a reminder, unpasteurized eggs cannot be offered undercooked to the residents of this facility. Other observations: Need to clean the kitchen window sills, obtain a digital metal stem probe thermometer, restore the water supply to the mop sink, and dump the used mop water into the mop sink for disposal.
