    Observation: An area of kitchen flooring was in poor condition, with exposed sub flooring. Also a section of wall beneath the 2 bay sink was observed damaged, with the interior of wall exposed.
    Correction: Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.

At time of inspection facility appeared clean and in compliance. All issues were observed as having been addressed regarding completion of the facility kitchen and back storage/kitchen area. Hol holding foods well within required limits. Refrigeration units with cold holding foods well within required range.
