There is no proof of certified food manager at this establishment. This has been noted as a violation since August 2012. Advised that Virginia Beach city ordinance requires presence of CFM a minimum of 8 hours daily during operating hours. Employee health policy forms were left during previous inspection so that all employees here can review and sign it. This has not been done. I provided schedule of certifed food manager classes. Please provide me with proof of registration of class as soon as possible.

Virginia Beach city ordinance requires presence of CFM a minimum of 8 hours daily during operating hours. Advised most violations noted today were repeat.
