    Observation: When timed, the automatic shut off faucet at the handwashing sink located at employee toilet room did not provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucet.
    Correction: Adjust or replace the faucet to provide water tempered to at least 100°F and for at least 15 seconds to allow more effective handwashing and removal of fatty soils encountered in kitchens.

  • Food Storage - Clean and Dry Location
    Observation: Bottled water, Cans in dry storage area stored on floor, Food stored on the floor or food stored less than 6" above the floor.;Elevate food storage onto approved shelving with minimum 6" legs or casters.
  • Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
    Observation: The can opener blade is rusted and dull and in need of changing..
    Correction: Disassemble the can opener, clean and sanitize the assembly, remove and replace the blade. Can opener blades must be kept sharp to prevent creation of metal fragments that can contaminate food in the can when opened.
  • Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
    Observation: Milk Cooler has Large Ice Build up inside and was observed in a condition that prevents necessary maintenance and easy cleaning.
    Correction: Repair or defrost the Milk Cooler to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair the Milk Cooler, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.
