Correction: Manager immediately talked to the crew about eating as well as proper tasting. Drinks were removed from the area.

Correction: Employee rewashed the lettuce, washed hands and put on gloves before placing lettuce into storage containers.

Observation: Chicken undercooked at 136°F when removed from grill and placed in pan for chopping station.
Correction: Employee returned chicken to grill to finish cooking. Employee used food thermometer to verify cooking temp of at least 165°F when removed from grill.
