    Observation: The following foods in the reach in cooler were observed to be cold holding at improper temperatures: the sliced cheese and the shredded cheese in the McCall #7 measured at 44'F and 45'F. The PIC removed all potentially hazardous foods from this cooler and placed them into another cooler during the inspection. The PIC also put in a work order to have this cooler repaired.
    Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below.

-Please replace the blown light bulb in the dry storage area.
-The quaternary ammonium 146 sanitizer in the 3 compartment sink measured at 200 ppm.
Staff members are doing an excellent job of keeping the kitchen and all equipment very clean, great job!
