| The garbage disposal unit in the back of the kitchen near the rear door is in need of cleaning and maintenance. The unit has not been used by kitchen staff for over a year and is not functional. There is some food debris and dirt noted in and around the area that the PIC believes to be from other school staff members dumping coolers of ice in the compartment. If left in its current condition, this may become a pest harborage concern in the future. A work order was placed by the Person in Charge on October 27th, 2015. To date, the work order has not been addressed. Otherwise observed kitchen to be clean and in good repair at the time of the inspection. Thank you!
