Spoke to the person in charge about: 1-Thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment before use. 2-Provide a detailed and thorough cleaning of all walls, floors and ceilings prior to opening for business. Planned opening date is 6 June 2014. The facility is in substantial compliance and is eligible for a permit from the Virginia Department of Health. Permit if therefore issued at this time. The following items need to be addresses prior to issuance of a Health Department permit: 1-A certificate of occupancy must be issued by the Spotsylvania Building Department. 2-Soap dispensers must be mounted and hand washing signs must be posted at all hand washing sinks. 3-Dish machine must be operational. 4-Ensure all shipping plastic is removed from equipment. 5-Ensure all equipment is washed, rinsed and sanitized prior to use. 6-Ensure physical facility receives a thorough cleaning.
