Observation: Raw fish sitting on prep counter to be breaded and some breaded fish out of temperature.Manager stated things got busy and it was left there to attend to other things
Correction: When prepping fish for breading, do in small quantities and take to walk in. When employees leave this task, have them put fish in walk in before leaving prep area.

Observation: There is no properly working test kit provided in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions.
Correction: Obtain a @SANITIZING AGENT@ test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level.

Observation: employee used gloved hands to open microwave, touch knife handles, fryer handles and then picked up cooked food to place on plates
Correction: change gloves after touching equipment and then touching food, use tongs to serve up food.
