This inspection was a risk factor inspection that focused on the 5 risk factors for foodborne illness (food from unapproved sources, inadequate cooking temperatures, inadequate holding temperatures, improper employee health and hygiene, and cross contamination of food and equipment). Good retail practices (GRPs) observed were discussed with operator and/or staff at time of evaluation. The good retail practices observed are the same as noted during 10/9/2015. In addition, the beverage cabinetry in the kitchen is in poor repair (bottom interior moisture damaged and drawer face damaged). Discussed 8 major allergens and provided educational poster. Ensure tip-sensitive thermometer is calibrated and provided instruction as how to do so using water and ice. No raw animal foods were cooked today. All food temperatures observed are internal.
