This is a reinspection for the proper operability/temperature requirement of the display case refrigeration unit. This violation has not been abated. the facility has been waiting for the repair company to check the unit since 7/24/14. Remove all items from the unit

Observation: Observed foods in the display case refrigeration unit that exceeds 41 degrees.
Correction: Refrain from using any foods that have been in the unit more than 6 hours. Cold foods should be maintained at 41 degrees or below. (Per employee, the tabouli was in the unit overnight). Transfer all foods to another refrigeration unit capable of maintaining temperature at 41 degrees or below. Employee opted to discard the tabouli/moved all foods to another refrigeration unit.
