    Observation: The thermometer in the 1-door under-counter coolers were not in a easily readable location.
    Correction: Relocate the thermometers so employees can accurately read the thermometer.

    Observation: Single-service cups at the front counter were not displayed, or dispensed so that the lip-contact surfaces are protected from contamination
    Correction: Display / dispense single-service cups so the lip-contact surface is protected from contamination. Leave in the original plastic sleeve or use an approved dispenser or sneeze guard.

    Observation: Less than 10 foot candles of light was noted in the walk-in cooler.
    Correction: Provide at least 10 foot candles of light in the walk-in cooler. Recommend a 100 watt frosted bulb or the fluorescent lamp equivalent.
