    Observation: Observed worn floor tile grout (pooling water between tiles) at 3 part sink area.
    Correction: Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.

    Observation: Observed floors in need of cleaning - especially at fryer line area, behind ice machine, and at grease tank area.
    Correction: Clean regularly.

We discussed: remove blender jar rinser as it does not drain properly and is no longer used, repair needed of walk-in freezer drain line to eliminate leak, clean grease handling equipment, floor under equipment, around legs of equipment, and in bun storage/2nd window area. Next inspection is for permit renewal.

Water temp at hand sink by office is too hot - cold pedal doesn't work - repair so water is comfortable for hand washing. Need to increase light intensity in walk-in cooler to at least 10 foot candles. Grout is eroded between floor tiles. Good handwash and glove use practices observed.

    Observation: Veggie slicer has food residue on it after cleaning. Food containers used in hot hold units have build up of grease baked on them.
    Correction: Employee cleaned and sanitized again making sure to remove all food residue. Food containers must be cleaned to remove all visible food and grease.
