| This visit was made to conduct a routine food safety evaluation. The Person in Charge was very helpful throughout the visit and I observed good handwashing while preparing the lunch. Thank you. Please note the following issues: 1- The faucet at the handsink in the kitchen is leaking. Please have this repaired 2- The waste receptacle in the restroom used by the staff requires a cover or lid Note: This facility receives all of its food from Jeffrey's Catering. The food is delivered hot and served to the children on disposable plates and with disposable utensils. All used containers and utensils are returned to Jeffrey's. *Repeat Observations are Subject to Civil Penalty.
