4-501.116 - --Sanitizer set up for Quat 10 but test strips on hand were for chlorine testing. Their strength for the Quat was good. Inspector provided some correct strips.
KDA_3_30111B - --Cook slicing onions with bare hand contact and placed in holding container. Education corrected by allowing them to grill/cook them for use with hamburger orders.
KDA_3_30412B - --ice scoop with handle touching ice in a plastic cooler. Removed from cooler and stored in cup.
KDA_5_20511A - --two boxes were blocking access to hand sink. Moved them away.
KDA_Defacto - --beef patties to 160, meat loaf in oven at 190, chili on stove top 181 --cheese in [Estate] refrigerator at 40, one chest freezer[Crosley] foods solid. --Food prepared fresh on weekly one day operation and no left overs to date. --grilled dice potatoes place in roaster at 165 --hot water at hand sink at 144 ok --Set up and sanitizing utensils in Quat 10 at 200 parts per million.
