I quit going to Lotus a few years ago. When a customer calls in an order to pick up, it is reasonable to expect it to be ready or close to ready after the order is placed. After the 5th time of waiting over 45 minutes AFTER I arrived at the restaurant it was my last time ordering. Come to find out, they wouldn’t start cooking it until I got there to pick it up. Not a good way to do business if you want to keep customer coming.

Last time I was there I watch employees in flip flops come and go out the back door one was chattering on his phone the other when to her vehicle and pulled out raw vegetables which she took in the the back of the restaurant and sliced up. No one I saw washed there hands and or the veggies. No gloves where worn either and that same night my son was served raw chicken and got food poisoning.
Would you recommend LOTUS EXPRESS to others? No
