    Sanitizer in excess of required concentration for quat, diluted to 200 ppm today.
  • Handwashing signage
    No posting of need to handwash in RR used by employee's. Must post signage directing all staff to wash hands before returning to work. Given examples today.
  • Discarding ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held at 41°F for 7 days
    Has one container of sour cream that have gone beyond the use by date, and one chicken broth that is past the 7 day date marked date. Both discarded today. Corrected on site.
  • equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch.
    Ice machine has some buildup on edge of chute, must clean and sanitizer bin area, recommend monthly or more frequently if buildup occurs.
  • When to wash
    Need to wash hands before putting on gloves and when remove, corrected on site with education.
  • Food storage containers identified with common name of food
    Flour working container unlabeled with common name, now labeled with name.
  • Hand drying provided
    One kitchen handsink had no paper towel supply, restocked now.
