Observation: 1)There is grease build up on equipment on the outside of hood (extinguisher) and around, ventilation cover has excess of grease and dusty, 2) cover vents dusty in walk-in cooler.

Observation:1) Caulking behind the 3 compartment sink is needed to provide a smooth, cleanable, and nonabsorbent surface, 2) Cove base has been detached at floor/wall juncture under 3 compartment sink, 3) employee restroom door is not self- closing.

Unable to locate thermometer in upright reach-in behnd front counter. All coolers holding potentially hazardous foods must have a thermometer. Provide thermometer.
- Light intensity
Light is currently not in walk-in freezer. Light must be adequate to aid in cleaning. Replace bulb.
- Storage and maintenance of wet and dry wiping cloths
Wiping cloth was laying on spray bottle. Wiping cloths must be maintained in sanitizer in between uses. Keeping wiping cloths in sanitizer.
