Not sure about the rest of SC but Charleston doesn't seem to have all that many and we are losing more as time goes on I believe. I know the one near the airport was bought by Boeing and the people who lived there forced out, granted it was on the way out anyway
O ok we have alot of them here in NC well moreso in Eastern NC but I do know there is alot of developoment & urbanized areas in The metropolitan areas such as around Raleigh Charlotte & Greensboro
I've seen double wides that were completely taken care of and was actually good looking property. I've also seen 200K brick homes that looked like hell. The type of home isn't necessarily a reflection, the condition of it is.
O ok yeah thats basically what we got here in NC we have alot of Double Wides,Modular Homes,Single Wides,& Triple Wide whats part of SC do you see most of them in? Tiger17
