- Observed the floor throughout facility peeling. Per the manager the floor will be re painted in the spring.
- Observed dust/debris accumulation on the walls behind the stove and 3 compartment sink. Clean and maintain routine cleaning.
- Lights in the dry storage room do not work. Per the manager, the lights may have been installed incorrectly and has the installer coming in to repair the light.

- Make sure to leave an empty sheet pan on the top shelf of the rolling rack. Found cooling bread without protection from above.
- Non food contact surfaces in disrepair: found several seat covers in dining area ripped with padding exposed, the top of the range has metal chipping off, the range is missing temp control nobs, non food contact surfaces shall be in good repair.
- Found the baking pans with char build up on them.
- Non food contact surface cleaning: defrost the white freezer in the back storage area, clean the shelf under prep table next to range area, clean the top of the range, clean as needed.
- Please clean the lime off the plumbing fixtures. Fix leak in the swing faucet to the three compartment sink.
- The painted floor in the kitchen area is in need of a fresh coat of paint. Paint has chipped in several areas.
- Replace cove base in bathroom next to toilet. Cove base has come off the wall.
- Clean the wall above the oven. Wall has become black with soot. Clean the wall next to the range area. Food splash observed.
