- Found >10 badly dented cans. The cans were removed. Per corporate policy they are not allowed to have any dented cans regardless of how badly dented. The manager will coach employees about identifying dented cans and removing them. Due to this being a recurring issue, I will need a plan of action of how you will work on preventing this in the future.

- Found ~10 badly dented cans in retail area. They were separated.
- The hand sink by the 3-compartment in the meat section was used as a dump sink. There was ice all over the bottom of the sink. Explained hand sinks must only be used to wash hands and that they must dump ice and other liquids in a utility or something like it.
- Meat area: there are stickers on the thing that holds meat that has been wrapped and tagged and the autolabeler. Behind the 3-compartment sink it appears that it needs to be resealed. Also the racks area rusted in the meat cutting area.
- The sliding doors to coolers in the seafood and meat section have buildup on them. The prep table under the steam craft needs cleaned as there is buildup. The plastic shelf liners in the milk cooler have black buildup on them.
- In the milk walk in cooler there was buildup under the display shelves as well as spilled milk.
- There is broken coving in the meat section by the uv light.
- The tiling behind the 3-compartment and hand sink in the meat section has a crack in it. There is a hole in the wall in the back area by the bread area.
- There were several cans of Raid stored over kale chips in the back storage area.

- In receiving there were boxes of foods found on the ground.
- In the meat section there was an employee getting meat, but didn't have a hat on.
- There was a leak at the handsink in produce. There was a pipe in the chemical storage area of receiving that had a hole in it that appeared to have been previously been taped over.
- The handsink was blocked in the produce section by racks and other items. It was moved by the manager.
- In receiving there were cleaning issues on floors including kitty litter, paper towels, spaghetti sauce, and cake mix.
- There was broken coving in the seafood section by the insect light.
- In receiving there were holes in the walls by the door. I pointed these out to the manager. The wall around a pipe in the meat room was damaged and not sealed.
- There was a can of Raid roach spray stored by cleaners in the chemical storage area in receiving. The manager suspects it may have fallen off a palette, but wasn't used in the facility due to having a licensed pest management company treat the facility. The can of Raid was moved.
- In the chemical storage area of receiving, there was a box labeled corrosive stored next to a box of pie crusts that were on the ground. The manager was unsure of why the pie crusts were there. The crusts were moved to the receiving area to be disposed of.
