The facility doesn't have a metal stem thermometer.
The hand sink by the 3-compartment sink and the hand sink in the front of the facility had both been used as dump sinks for drinks. Explained that hand sinks are for hand washing only. The owner will communicate this with employees.
In the front of the facility in the beverage cooler there was an opened drink. On the soda syrups there was a water bottle and open cup. Explained drinks must be enclosed and preferably with a lid and a straw.
Some of the reach in coolers have buildup in handles. Also there is some liquid in the cabinet under the soda fountain. The can opener has buildup in it. The white cart on wheels needs cleaned.
The floor needs cleaned in the back by the 3-compartment sink and on the left of the fryers.
There are jackets hung up throughout the facility next to food and food contact surfaces.
There are spray bottles that aren't labeled. The owner labeled them.
In the front of the facility in a cabinet there was swiffer wet jet solution stored next to salad dressing and to go containers. In the back of the facility there were chemicals stored next to gloves. Chemicals in both locations were moved. Discussed better organization with owner.
