One employee did not have an effective hair restrain on. Found cardboard boxes of soda syrup & soda lines on floor in back area. Found open box of single use styro foam cups stored on floor in back room. Back handwash sink has dirt/scum buildup & does not drain. This handwash sink basin was cleaned so it drains properly.
