- Observed cups without handles used to scoop coca mix. Provide proper scoops.
- Employees not wearing effective hair restraints.
- Observed exposed wood (non-treated) behind the hand sink in the back room, under the hand sink in the prep room and wood blocks under the espresso machine. Remove wood or seal so they are non-absorbent.
- No test strips available. Sold box of test strips to facility.
- Observed sanitizer cloth stored on counter and not in solution.
- Observed several single use food item (foam plates, cups) boxes on the floor in the back room. Place six inches off the floor.
- Observed hand sink in the back room leaking. Also, the 3-comp sink faucet leaks. Repair.
- Ceiling tiles in the back room are in disrepair.
- Facility unable to provide TCHD 2015 permit. Facility has 10 days to post to the public. A re-inspection will occur after that date.

- Observed plastic cup used to scoop coffee cubes in freezer. All ice serving utensils must have a handle. Utensil handle must be outside of ice when stored.
- Observed employees not wearing effective hair restraints.
- Exposed wood under hand sink in coffee bar area and behind hand sink in bakery area. Cabinet door in coffee bar area has exposed wood as well.
- Dishes stored improperly. Always store dishes inverted.
- Observed leaky faucet non the 3 compartment sink.
- Ceiling tiles above the oven in the baking area are not in tile frames. Paint is chipping behind the dough mixer in the baking area.
- Exposed equipment beneath the coffee machine in coffee bar area. Counter behind the hand sinks and the 3 compartment sink needs to be sealed to the wall.
- Mop stored on floor of utility sink. Mop must be stored in a way that it can air dry properly.
