The particle board shelves in the back storage area must be painted or sealed so they are easily cleanable. The outsides of the gallon milk jugs and shelves inside the milk cooler had a build up of dirt. Clean and sanitize them. There was no hot water at the restroom hand washing sinks. Provide hot water. Found build-up of debris on floors in the back storage room near the walls. Clean the floors. The ceiling insulation was hanging down over top of the soup aisle.
