4-101.11 Cease the use of food contact surfaces which alter color, odor, or taste of food, or which allow migration of substances- Discard ice scoop that is broken/cracked// COS- New ice scoop was available at time of inspection and is now in use.

At this time, this level 2 establishment only makes cups of ice. Owner inquired about possibly offering some sort of prepared food. Will review files and speak with supervisor at office on issue.
