I discussed the Alabama Seafood Labeling Law with Gavin Boinski, FS Director, and Chris Trivette, Retail Manager. The FSE serves tuna salad. An Alabama Seafood labeling law sign was posted at the front counter area.

4-202.16 Paint or seal bare wood surfaces in dry storage.
The wood shelves need to be sealed.
5-205.15 Repair plumbing.
The drain at the dumpster is stopped up, wastewater would not drain.
5-501.113 Keep dumpster closed.
Both dumpster doors were open, the dumpster had trash. Keep the doors closed.

The metal stemmed dial food thermometer for taking food temperatures was calibrated during this inspection. I gave the Retail Manager, Chris Trivette, a JCDH Online Food Handler Training bulletin.
