2-303.11 Cease wearing jewelry on the arms and hands (other than a plain ring) while preparing food. Meat manager waswearing a watch. Meat manager removed watch prior to the end of the inspection.
4-601.11 Clean bottom of RI cooler. Accumulation of grime on the bottom of RI display coolers.
5-205.15 Repair slow or inoperative drain (indoor or outdoor). Handwashing sink in the female restroom clogged.
6-201.13 Cove or seal the juncture between the walls and floor to yield a seam no greater than 1/32 inch. Large gaps between the wall and the floor near the mop service basin.
