4-602.13 Clean non food contact surfaces as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of residue. Take measures to remove dirty build up on exterior surface of automatic drink machine at drive thru.
6-101.11 Provide smooth, durable, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable floors, walls, and ceilings. Ceiling in dry storage (outdoors) is in poor repair with paint peeling and has soiled wood.
