2-103.11 Prohibit unauthorized persons from entering kitchen. Signs provided at this time.
3-302.12 Label all food or ingredients that are not in the original package with the common name of the food. Nuts, sun dried tomatoes, etc. stored in zip lock bags are not labeled.
3-304.12 Provide a clean surface in a protected location for storing ice scoop; or store in ice with handle upright. Ice scoop is stored directly on top of the ice maker.
4-202.16 Replace damaged gasket on cooler door. Torn door gaskets on the make cooler.
7-209.11 Store personal care and other non toxic items away from food, utensils, equipment, linens and single service/single use articles. Medicine stored on the food rack. Medicine placed on the bottom shelf which is designated First Aid.

4-501.116 Provide test strips with color chart for quaternary ammonia sanitizer. Establishment does not have quaternary sanitizer test strips.
4-501.14 Clean dish machine and attached equipment. Clean dish machine to remove lime scale build up.
3-305.14 Provide chlorine solution at 50 to 100 ppm for storing cloths used to wipe counters and equipment. Wiping cloth solution tested too strong.
