I realize this thread is old, but were'nt parts of Star Wars: The Return of the Jedi in the forest filmed in Olympic National Park?

Don't forget about War Games w/ Matthew Brodrick....

The part where they are running to catch the ferry was filmed in my hometown Steilacoom...big news back then.

Oh yeah, wasn't Double Jeopardy also filmed on the Steilacoom ferry?

Actually, those forest scenes were filmed in Redwood National Park, California. It's easy to confuse the two, especially since they never really showed the height of the redwoods in the movie.

I was actually in that movie, Fight scene in Bogies house???

I was one of those guys in that fighting scene where we eventually go through the window !!!!

That was alot of fun

My understanding is that "Charlie the Lonesome Cougar" and a couple of other old Disney quasi-wildlife items were filmed out at an animal park near Sequim.

i read most of the psot here but i hope did not miss reading a few of them. anyway, was "Walking Tall" mentioned here? It starred The Rock and was supposedly filmed in Aberdeen. God I miss Washington!

So are there some more?

I will write down the list of these movies and rent and watch them on my vacation. Call it "Washington Film Festival of Imelda's Household".
