Personally I’m a big fan of the “barefoot” style shoes with zero drop heels and wide toe boxes, they might look a bit like duck feet, but are great ergonomically! I’m a big fan of the waterproof boulder boot from Lems (wish they had a bit better traction though)

Oboz are fantastic shoes with a funky name. I own several pair. They're built well and always seem to fit. I have some of their heaviest-weight full leather high-top boots, the Yellowstone. I could wear them like all-day slippers, right out of the box.
