Yup, that's where I get my eggs from most of the time too. Regardless though, eggs aren't vegan and anything on the list in the OP that is *normally* made with eggs, doesn't belong on that list.

Too late to edit so I'll append here: anything on the list in the OP that is *normally* made with eggs, currently, as opposed to how it was made originally back when the dish was invented, over 200 years ago, and hasn't been made that way since as a *normal* recipe (such as chowder - which IS - presently - normally - made with dairy, and onion soup which IS - presently - normally - made with beef stock)
