This article on CNN Business discusses the growth in SC but doesn't mention Charleston except in a caption for a picture showing people visiting the City Market.

It's surprising the article would not point out Charleston is creating more jobs than the rest of the state combined if that's true.
That doesn’t mean anything. You’re reaching. All I ever did was share the employment reports. I don’t believe the numbers-crunchers have a conspiracy to inflate metro Charleston’s numbers compared to the state’s other metros.

It's not reaching on my part to point out CNN Business didn't single out Charleston when talking about SC's growth.
A metro getting more new jobs than the rest of the state combined is impressive. It seems worth a mention especially if the state is the fastest growing state. Without Charleston, SC is probably seeing average growth at best.
Nothing to do with the price of tea in China. You’re saying Charleston is now SC’s Atlanta? Wow. It did just get named the South’s best city by Southern Living for the eighth year in a row. Greenville is in on the action at #6. Columbia was named #5 for cities on the rise. Something for everyone.
5 Million people live in the Atlanta area (half the state) and the metro’s under that are no where close in size. Charleston is nobody’s Atlanta. Charlotte isn’t even NCs “Atlanta”and doesn’t want to be as you have Raleigh/Durham

SC’s Atlanta to me in this context means SC’s largest, most important city with the most populous urbanized area. I didn’t say it. It might have been meant in a non complimentary way.
The Brookings Institute’s highly detailed and interactive “Metro Monitor 2024” - measuring metros in many economic categories
Take time to analyze -
(Like SC’s Department of Employment and Workforce and the National Bureau of Labor Statistics, Brookings reveals that Charleston has had much stronger jobs growth than the state’s other metros, but unlike DEW and BLS, their assessment goes only through 2022, not 2023.)
