It has been listed as "Coming Available" on the Florence Mall's leasing site for a while,
I've heard it is just moving down the road to a new building, but not sure if this is true.

Some new updates I found

At the corner of Church Street and Pamplico Hwy,

That is the new location of a Dunkin Donuts, Slim Chickens Restaurant, and an additional retail spot.

I remember seeing where Slim Chicken's was coming to town, but now we have confirmation of where it is going.

Any news on Publix, there has been recent rumors of Publix coming to Florence. I wish the old Flo Mall Piggly Wiggly was the new location of one.

It was bought by "Kimbrell Investments" at a price of 3.4 Million.

The last spot in the strip center across from MUSC Florence is going to be a dentist office. Does anyone know what the old SavWay is going to be at the corner of Freedom and Pamplico Hwy? There was a sold sign on the building last year and now it’s gone.

It was sold in July 2020, according to the tax map, and the owner is now the same owner that owns the building Zapatta's is in right down the road from here.

The Biscuitville will be coming between the Tru Hotel and Dunkin Donuts on Highway 52.

This was confirmed via tax map, BV 220 LLC has purchased the lot, and further research shows that to be Biscuitville's LLC.
