There is a very large Afghan community in Fremont. Fremont also has tons of South Asians -- Pakistani and Indian.
There is a good sized Fijian (Indian descent) community in Hayward. There are also some Tongans and other Pacific Islanders in Daly City/South SF and on the Peninsula.
There are good sized Filipino areas in Daly City and Union City.
San Jose has a big Vietnamese community.
There are some Portuguese people still in San Leandro/Castro Valley Area. There are also lots of Ukrainians in the Bay Area, but I am not sure where they live.
There are lots of Ethiopians in North Oakland (around Temescal and north). If you drive up Telegraph from about 40th to the southern end of Berkley you'll see at least 10 Ethiopian restaurants. The vast majority of them are on Telegraph, but the are a few more around the Lake and one in Piedmont Ave in Oakland.
Parts of the mission are full of Central Americans (Guatemala primarily)
There is a Koreatown in Oakland between Uptown and Temescal. And there is also a cluster of Middle Eastern Markets etc near the Mosque in Korea town.
Oakland Chinatown is mostly Cantonese (not Mandarin).
There are also lots of Nigerians all over the Bay Area, but no clustered community.
What jade408 has said is true, it's not completely segregated. People mix rather freely and easily here.
Where I came from growing up, we had well established neighborhoods that were people from *fill in the blank*.... and if you were something other than that, you didn't live there. You might go there for some reason -- but then you left.
It's still that way in a lot of areas. But it's not really that way here.
The Bay Area has one of the largest diasporas of racial and ethnic groups in the world. Meaning they arent confined to 'ethnic enclaves'-which is fine too, but our people are extremely integrated well beyond the City. We have far flung burbs that are actually more diverse than SF itself-which is unheard of in 99% of US Metro Areas and even more rare outside of the US.

There's also a decent amount of pacific islanders in SF, mostly Samoans, and mostly in the southeastern part of the city (around Visitacion Valley, Bayview, Excelsior, etc). We have some Indians too, but places like Fremont, San Jose, and a some other south bay cities murder us there.

I grew up in SF with a kid who was Portuguese...not an immigrant though, he was basically your normal "white american". Immigrants from Portugal used to be a big group in SF back in the 1800s and early 1900s.

I'll back this up too, at least about Berkeley. I have a freind from Tanzania who lives in South Berkeley, and apparently there's a decent amount of African immigrants in that area.

Salvadorans and Nicaraguans too, who along with Guatemalans make up the largest latino groups in SF after Mexicans. Largest hispanic/latino groups in SF:
Aside from the mission (which has what...only 30-40,000 of SF's 120,000+ latinos?), there's also a sizeable latino population in the excelsior, as well as pretty sizable ones in the Bayview/Hunters Point, Portola, Visitacion Valley, Mission Terrace, Cayuga Terrace, Crocker-Amazon, Ingleside/Oceanview/Lakeview, Bernal Heights, SOMA, and the Tenderloin. Basically the entire southern/eastern part of the city plus the TL has a large to decent Latino population, depending on where exactly you are.

There are some Korean Immigrants living in SF's Richmond district too, but we have no Koreatown.
