The flood is Shemini Atzeret, it is the same exact flood coming in its appointed cycle and all it does is evolve.
The spiritual rain of the first coming of the Lord was a mere dew, and the dew is prayed for instead of rain because the fall set for the second coming is a flood that will cover every mountain on earth, or will effect every human being.
The second promised rain is so much stronger than Pentecost that it makes Pentecost look trivial because when the flood comes, it circumcises all flesh, it is in fact, a circumcision, and the very day Jesus was circumcised just as his birth was on Tishri 1, his death appointed on Nisan 14, his whole life was appointed.
Shemini atzerets, the day of the flood, IT IS THE GREAT EIGHTH DAY AND THE LAST DAY OF THE CYCLE.
It is the great day of circumcision, Jesus born in a booth on the first day of booths and circumcised on the eighth day of booths.
Shemini Atzeret is a holy day in it's own right, and.its not just a holy day, it is THE HOLY DAY, A DAY OUT OF TIME.
After 7 days of Tabernacles, the feast of nations, the Gentiles go home, but the congregation is asked to willingly stay and extra day out of time.
That flood is upon us, and it's not as though we have to guess what happens on Shemini Atzeret, IT IS DETAILED BY THE PROPHETS, IT IS THE VERY DAY MESSIAH HAS RETURNED WITH HIS SAINTS.
His coming is as the rain, the latter and former rains upon the earth, this is what Hosea and the prophets say.
We see the truth in this in places like Zechariah 14 where the rain has fallen, and what does Zechariah say of this day?
It says all of Judah is transformed into immortals at the coming of Messiah when the rain falls, the rain kills or evolves.
Zechariah 14 has more hope for humanity because after the rain falls and evolves all Judah, what it doesnt kill, it then instructs survivors to convert in order to recieve the same rain, same flood.
What is a mountain if all mountains are to be covered?
Behold, I am against thee, O destroying mountain, saith the LORD, which destroyest all the earth: and I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and roll thee down from the rocks, and will make thee a burnt mountain.
Revelation
They called to the mountains and the rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! ...
These people arent calling actual mountains, they are calling for supposed wise men and leaders, kings.
At the coming of the lord every mountain will be brought low, every valley will be raised.
This isnt speaking of mountains and valleys, it speaks of the proud and the humble.
The spirit will cover all the proud and bring them low, the flood will sweep over the enemies of Jerusalem and its feasts so fast that eyes will melt in heads before bodies hit the the ground. Tongues will melt in the mouths of people who fight against the keeping of Tabernacles, and it's one salvation is to accept Tabernacles. How would anyone recieve spirit from a feast they dont keep?
They dont.
