Evolution is an inherently slow process and not all consciousnesses receive the same modifications.

Some people think equity means remove qualifications and standards geared to excellence.
there is a coup d'etat against God's designs. It looks like the time of following the Golden Rule was limited.
Because of what it says at 2nd Timothy 3:1-5,13 the 'time of following the Golden Rule' is limited by selfish people.
Such selfish people hate God's people just as Jesus forewarned us at Matthew 10:22; 24:9; Luke 21:17.
So, it is No wonder that the great tribulation of Rev. 7:14,9 is nearer each day.

Jesus said that times of Noah will come again. Noah introduced new pedigree into the world. God tried to teach humanity mercy. It worked to certain degree , imo, but greed was produced mostly... is this the reason? so, those doing good will do good and those doing evil will continue doing evil?
