I don't think anyone cares whether I approve or not, I just hope that those who go enjoy themselves, and those who don't simply mind their own business.
Live and let live. I say.
Better yet, live and have a little fun while you are at it.
Ok, which one of you guys has a stripper pole in the basement?
BOT: I really think that strip club dancers, especially male, need to leave a little to the imagination!
well I tell ya' as you can see from my thread about dancing I'm a little shy about it but,you rig up the pole and I'll do a little private dance for ya' hell I'll even dress up in a cowboy hat and boots for foma!
Is this where all of the females on C-D start singing, "Save a horse, ride a cowboy"?
That was one of the songs in "Thunder from Down Under", and one of my favorites in their repertoire. (As the moderator, I must stay on topic, no matter what!)
It is really more of a difference between men and women. I suppose I could start ranting about how dumb it is for women to have 50+ pairs of shoes, or that shopping for shoes is only something suitable for "fat" women since shoes are the only "normal size" thing they can fit into. But guess what, it's just a difference between the two and it's not worth getting worked up over.
Men enjoy looking at attractive naked women (and for the most part the so-so women too). No need to feel defensive or ashamed... if our ancestors didn't think it was a neat thing, they probably would've been too busy farming ,clearing brush on the ranch or something else to procreate.
I DETEST shopping!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am no where near fat & hate buying shoes but always have to cause my arches are screwed from massive treadmill walking. So not "shoes" but sneakers... And I wasn't getting worked up - you just have an archaic view of gender rolls my dear...

Well tet tea, I think everyone that has a basement has a stripper pole, well at least I think it could be used for one.......it's pretty thick though, don't know how well you can swing around it. It takes a pole with a lot of girth to hold up this house!! I guess bigger may be better?
A while back I had a co-worker ask me if I wanted to go with him to the local strip club to chill out.
I had another co-worker (who is female) who overheard the conversation comment something that sounded like she wouldn't respect anyone going to the strip club. I ended up not going cause something came up but I was wondering on her comment ever since.
I could understand if we were married it would be disrespectful to your wife, but both of us are single dudes. It only for fun and to have a drink or two.
What wrong with going to the club and relaxing after a long week of work? What are your thoughts ? Do you approve or disapprove?
Which leads to my second question.
Do any of your ladies out there go the strip clubs? and why? to have fun and chill out? Right?
It's not direspectful to any spouse who trust you... my spouse and I don't mine if anyone of us goes to a strip club.

I stumbled upon this comment after elfyum responded but I have something to say about this, too!
Sara Jessica Parker's character in Sex in the City is nothing near fat and she (among other characters on the show like Kristin Davis's Charlotte) are shoe-a-holics.
Also, a lot of fat women don't like shoe shopping because your feet swell up when the rest of your body gains, too.
Bad analogy! Pick another! heehee j/k
