You have my utmost sympathy! Two of mine are escape artists, so they are mostly tied up until I get a chance to put some kind of apron around the inside of the fence, probably chicken wire. Unfortunately, one of them is also very athletic, and she's bounced right over the top of it at least once, and it's 6 feet high.
She's half German shepherd, and they hold the record for high jumping [or used to] at something over 11 feet. *insert icon for fatalistic shrug*
