Not all that funny at sunrise, believe me. He's the only hookbill I've had that never learned to talk, he just imitates annoying things. At least he hasn't learned the phone ring or the microwave beep!

Default Love the "new-thread" smell!

I just had to jump in and get a whiff before it's all worn out. I hope everyone is warm and gettin' ready for spring.

Oh, for just a little thunder here. The storm would just be a bonus. Settle the dust and all. We are mostly Spring all winter and then 120 deg Summer . No in-between in the desert. I want my Oklahoma back!!!!

At least he doesn't bring in sticks, twigs, and other whatnots in through the pet door and strow them all over the house like our little rat terrier!

Man, this dog is a handful during the day. He's good when he's asleep though...

You have my utmost sympathy! Two of mine are escape artists, so they are mostly tied up until I get a chance to put some kind of apron around the inside of the fence, probably chicken wire. Unfortunately, one of them is also very athletic, and she's bounced right over the top of it at least once, and it's 6 feet high. She's half German shepherd, and they hold the record for high jumping [or used to] at something over 11 feet. *insert icon for fatalistic shrug*
