Sorry about not getting back sooner, Noble County is next to Guernsey County and about 30 miles north of Parkersburg, West Virginia. Cambridge is in Guernsey County and Caldwell is in Noble County right off Interstate 77. Beautiful country in Noble County and Caldwell is the county seat.

..but seriously,they are a friendly bunch people here in Noble County,now as far as the work situation goes,not too much I can tell you about that since my wife and I are retired,but from what I see,jobs are few and far apart for now as in most cases.
