Given some of the development that has occurred or is slated for the Downtown/Central portion of JC, is it in the midst of serious revitalization/gentrification?
To be honest, for a metro of its size, Binghamton offers quite a bit in terms of having minor league Baseball and Hockey(AHL), Division 1 sports(America East Conference), as well as in regards to the arts(Binghamton Philharmonic, Tri-Cities Opera, KNOW Theatre, multiple galleries, BU art offerings, etc.).
