Binghamton University finds success in virtual recruitment efforts: https://wbng.com/2020/11/20/binghamt...tment-efforts/

More potential Johnson City development, New housing, commercial space could replace Johnson City eyesore: https://wbng.com/2020/11/20/new-hous...-city-eyesore/

Hopefully, it will spark even more development in Downtown JC, as it has the bones/potential to be a nice, walkable area of the village: https://www.google.com/maps/@42.1149...2!9m2!1b1!2i37

Given some of the development that has occurred or is slated for the Downtown/Central portion of JC, is it in the midst of serious revitalization/gentrification?

A little old, but good news in regards to Baseball staying in the city...

Professional baseball to remain in Binghamton and Class AA: https://www.pressconnects.com/story/...ts/6239987002/

To be honest, for a metro of its size, Binghamton offers quite a bit in terms of having minor league Baseball and Hockey(AHL), Division 1 sports(America East Conference), as well as in regards to the arts(Binghamton Philharmonic, Tri-Cities Opera, KNOW Theatre, multiple galleries, BU art offerings, etc.).
