Round top park can be reached ..take Endicott exit off 17/86. Take 17c west(also called Main St.) Continue west past the high school..at about 1 + 1/2 ? miles..look for a sign on left in a residential area. A nice breezy picnic area up on that hill. Great view too. A bit of trivia. AA friend told me that his now long gone grandad was an Endicott cop 30's-50's. The owner of the Endicott Johnson shoe factories(at that time, the biggest in the U.S.) let it be known that the local police were not to harass couples up on that hill who were not causing an issues...just...um...studying the stars..
