Free mass transit. In just about every country 1st and 3rd world they pay their fares.
What debate? It’s expensive. What exactly is the discourse on? Sounds like a bunch of ego stroking to me
50% of NYC residents who are eligible to pay income tax pay $0 in income taxes. Expensive for whom? Might it be as expensive as it is because 50% pay for the other 50%?
