I think men are more or less behaving like they always were. There were plenty of fkboys, players, horndogs, and disgusting misogynists in the past.
However, modern women have more freedom than ever, and what life choices those women are making? They either become essentially online prostitutes (OF, Instagram, etc), single baby mamas, or childless workaholics. These are the categories of women on the rise and are now a majority, especially in more liberal areas. Whether you'd pass moral judgement on those free life choices those women are making is up to you.
As Bill Burr said, you need some of this grit to balance out having an M&M's store in Times Square.
Yes all those tourists deserve to see real live hookers when they visit the big city. They are gonna remember the hooker for a life time. M&M store not so much.

Look at Saudi Arabia or any of their neighbors. You can leave a Bugatti unlocked that’s how low crime is. They don’t tolerate any of the low level scum activities.

Then you get into the whole problem of who decides for all of society what is morality. There are certain cultures that believe women in anything less than a burka is immoral and blame society's problems on the lack of it.
Overconsumption of alcohol is a problem in society. It was at one time blamed for society's problems and thus prohibition which took it out of the hands of even responsible drinkers. The result was worse.
Time and time again, suppression has never worked.... tolerance... moderation.. and regulation has always been an option rarely discussed by morality pushers.

Have you ever lived/worked in Saudi Arabia for a period of time? In the context of prostitution, it is one of the prime destination for those being sex trafficked. They are one of the largest consumers of domestic workers; also one of the most offending for abuses of those workers.
